We ship all over North America. It usually takes 2-3 days for shipments to get out of our warehouse located in Caplan. After, you have to allow 1 to 7 days of shipping delays depending on where you are located.
In the event that your parcel was not picked up on time, or if the delivery address is inaccurate or for any others reasons, we will have to charge you the Canada Post return fess and the second delivery fee to ship your package a second time, if applicable.
If you choose the pickup option at one of our stores (Caplan or Montreal), the production time is the same and you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready!
Also, please note that we are not responsible for delays related to shipping providers.
All orders of less than 250 units will leave our warehouse within 2 to 5 working days. For orders of 250 units and more, please contact us.
Exchange & Refunds
Please note that, for a question of hygiene and safety, no exchange or refund will be allowed for orders of face coverings and bags already delivered. Once the order is validated in the online shopping cart, it is considered final and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Following new government measures, face coverings are a non-taxable product. No tax will therefore be applied when purchasing one or more face covers.
Applicable taxes will be applied on all other products available on this online store as well as on delivery charges. For deliveries in Quebec, sales taxes are applicable on products purchased via the online store. The 5% GST and 9.975% QST will therefore be added to the total amount. For deliveries in Canada outside of Quebec, the taxes in effect in your province will be applied.
All our products are subject to quality control. If, however, upon receipt of your product, you notice a manufacturing defect or an irregularity in the textile: send us by email within a maximum of 5 days of receipt, an explanation of the problem with a picture. We will replace with an equivalent item in good condition or repair the item (within the limits of available stock). This does not apply in the case of an item worn or used or failure to follow care instructions.
