Function and Technical Details
Transparent window: High-temperature medical polymer film: allows immediate visual inspection without opening, and easy reading of chemical indicators and barcodes.
ReSteri™ barrier textile: Pouch made from ReSteri™ membrane: diffuses H₂O steam while blocking bacteria and spores.
Proven durability: ≤ 75 machine wash and dry cycles + 75 steam sterilization cycles at 134 °C*, without loss of integrity, transparency, or film tension.
Regulatory compliance: ISO 17025 tests conducted per CAN/CSA Z314:23, EN 868 & ISO 11607‑2:2019 (mechanical resistance, bacterial permeability, sealing performance).
Closure: Flap folded laterally, corners tucked and then double-folded (1 inch total = 5 cm), closed with a sterilization-compatible sticker.

Sealing instructions: Place a seal or tape at the end of the flap to ensure contents are secure. The 3M sterilization tape (indicator level 1) adheres well to ReSteri™ textiles, or you may use your own traceability label. See quick or full instruction sheets.
Care Instructions
Washing: Machine wash, minimum 30-minute cycle, hot water, detergent without softener
Drying: High temperature (≤ 60 °C), tumble dry (min. 30 minutes)
Visual inspection: Check for cuts or film delamination; replace if needed
Sterilization: Saturated steam up to a maximum of 132–134 °C for 4 minutes (or as per validated internal protocol)
*Effectiveness tested in ISO 17025-certified laboratories, after 75 complete cycles (washing, drying, sterilization). Follow the recommended care protocol precisely to maintain regulatory compliance.

Easy Washing Cycles
Step 1: Place used items in a mesh laundry bag.
Step 2: Machine wash. Hot water wash between 50°C and 71°C (122°F–160°F) with a neutral detergent without additives, cycle duration 30 minutes (other disinfection methods are possible, contact us).
Step 3: Dry at high temperature between 50°C and 90°C (122°F–194°F).
Step 4: Mark with a permanent marker or scan with your smartphone to track the number of uses.
Step 5: Store for next use. Lay flat, folded, straighten nose clips, wash your hands, and clean surfaces before handling.
